We are a 25-year real estate firm growing from a family business into a professional enterprise. We have around 15 people on staff and manage approximately 50 investment properties, acting as managing agent for the various owners. We spend our time on project and process management relating to maintenance, bookkeeping, compliance, leasing, and reporting. We have a staff that makes magic in the following areas: software implementation, accounting, office administration, construction, cleaning & maintenance, and property management.

EMH is looking to hire mature and energetic "doers" who are excited to jump in and make positive change for the properties we manage, and for the tenants, team members, and vendors who rely on us to create positive transformation.

1. Q: What does a typical day look like?
A: We spend most of our time coordinating among tenants, team members, and vendors to make sure that maintenance and construction, leasing, and administrative projects such as bookkeeping, reporting, and software implementation are happening in a successful manner.
2. Q: May I work remotely?
A: Most of our roles are fully on-site leadership roles. In every company, there is a need for individuals who share the future vision, hold people by the hand (sometimes literally) towards that vision, and keep everyone organized and on track. Most of our team members fill those kinds of roles.
3. Q: Do I need property management experience?
A: Many of our fabulous team members do not have a property management background. We are looking to grow with people over decades and so most of the knowledge elements of the job can be learned. What is important is a demonstrated history of excellence in a prior role of significant responsibility.
4. Q: Is there growth at your company?
A: Our vision is to create transformation for as many people and properties as possible over a very long time horizon. For those who are looking for a long runway of professional growth, we seek candidates who can take more and more ownership of transformation projects over time until they can be a successful transformation manager themselves as the key person on larger and larger transformation projects.
